Handmade Holiday Workshop (Sat, December 5th 1pm)
Class Description
Make a little holiday magic with clay! In this festive handbuilding workshop, you’ll create and decorate up to 12 handmade ceramic ornaments—enough to add some handmade charm to your own tree and maybe even share a few as gifts. Choose from classic holiday shapes or get creative with your own designs. You’ll be able to cut, stamp, texture, personalize, and decorate each ornament to make your collection completely your own. Once your ornaments are made, you’ll paint them with colorful underglazes during class, so you can add all the little details that bring them to life. After class, we’ll take care of the clear glazing and firing. Your finished ornaments will be ready for pickup approximately two weeks later, ready for ribbon and a special spot on the tree. No pottery experience needed! All clay, tools, underglazes, clear glazing, and firing are included. Each participant may create up to 12 ornaments during the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellations We get it—plans change! You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or to reschedule to a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a refund, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend—just send us an email to let us know who's coming in your place. No-shows without notice will not be refunded. Finished Work Pickup Pieces are created during class and bisque fired once fully dry. Then, you will finish your piece during a scheduled Community Glaze Session. After glazing, pieces are glaze fired and ready for pickup in about two weeks. We’ll send an email once it’s out of the glaze kiln. We’ll hold onto finished pieces for 60 days before we need to make room for new creations. What to Bring All tools and materials are provided. Just wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little clay on, and bring your creative energy! 🎨💫
